Web pages are presented as HTML web pages, which are easily viewed by any web browser. Some documentation will be presented in other formats. Users may find documents in Adobe PDF (denoted by a specific PDF icon), Word (denoted by a W icon), or PowerPoint (denoted by file type PPT).

Adobe PDF is the most commonly used of these formats. If the PDF Reader is not already installed in the web browser, users must download the small program, which is available for free from the Adobe website (http://get.adobe.com/it/reader/).

To view PDF documents, users must have Adobe Reader version 5.0 or higher installed on their computer. User should keep in mind that it may take several seconds for a PDF file to open once it’s clicked on.
