The aim of the seminar is to create discussion platform by sharing different experience and showing good examples from countries all over Europe
The seminar calls all experts, representatives of state institutions and public active in the field of landscape planning and landscape management from Czech Republic and Europe for sharing their experiences and opinions related to ELC in three discussion panels:

The seminar includes a field excursion, which will take place on Saturday 31st May 2014
in Lednice-Valtice Area, UNESCO cultural sites as unique designed landscape.

UNISCAPE’s General Assembly meeting will take place the 29th of May 2014
from 6,30 to 8,30 pm in the venue of the seminar, the Multifunction Centre Lednice Chateau.

Lednice is part of Lednice Valtice Area, a designed landscape comprising stunning overview of dominant landscape architecture styles from 17th till 20th century. The venue itself is the new conference center in Lednice, recently renovated horse stables of Liechtenstein castle – a unique piece of baroque architecture.
Lednice is a small town placed near borders of Czech, Austria and Slovakia, famous for castle and park build by Liechtenstein family. Nowadays Lednice, known as a cradle of Czech Horticultural Education provides space for the campus of the Horticultural faculty of Mendel University.
Accommodation will be booked by organisational team on the basis of your registration form. All participants will be accommodated in Lednice which is 10 minutes walking distance from the venue.
