En-Route International Seminar “Mediterranean Cultural Landscapes and Communities of Knowledge”

9-10 October 2017

In the framework of the Opening conference of the UNESCO Chair on “Mediterranean Cultural Landscapes and Communities of knowledge”, at the University of Basilicata (Italy), UNISCAPE organizes an En-Route Seminar with the aim of supporting the cultural and scientific work of the Chair in building up a shared, participated and articulate vision on Cultural Mediterranean Landscapes.

In this occasion, the En-Route Seminar will focus on three key topics, to be developed as specific tools for the Chair workgroup to face and manage the activities of education, research and dissemination:
1. Landscape Observatories;
2. Narrative Projects for layered landscapes
3. Landscape and fields of education.

The En-Route Seminar will also provide an important opportunity for UNISCAPE to follow and report the processes and dynamics involved in the establishment and development of the UNESCO Chair, making them available to the Network.
